How To Make Your Subconscious Work For You!

The [tag-tec]subconscious[/tag-tec] - Why do we experience what we consciously experience? And why do we have certain experiences in our life? Here is what I speculate may be happening in your life and mine. However this is only my theory as I’m still working on more research for this concept that I’m about to reveal to you. More is needed and even your feedback will help me determine if this theory is a waste of time or have I discover something that needs more research.

So what is it that I am talking about? It’s about your subconscious mind. Aside from my study, experimentation and research on laws of attraction. It seems that what ever experiences we are having now or actually viewing physically with our eyes, seem to be in direct proportion to what is believed and expressed by our subconscious.

In other words it seems to be that it’s not what our ego (conscious awareness) believes that we experience, but it is those thoughts and ideas that are able to get past your ego and into your subconscious mind that is expressed at some point in time. Are we experiencing life as our subconscious mind holds it to be true? I think so!

I have kept hearing the following term that never really made sense to me called “Emotional Freedom Techniques“. EFT. That is where you are able to release and forgive anyone or anything in your past. It is also being grateful and to express love.

I know when I was younger I was brought up in a difficult household with an ass of a step father. So in my childhood, experience success or having confidence was not often. It has haunted me for many years of unsuccessful living. My sub-conscious has held on to my internal beliefs of non-success and has allowed my to experience it and see it. I was also a negative thinker not being aware that I was thinking negative outcomes to events. How about you? Are you thinking of an issue that has been with you for many years and is still there. How do you release it?

This is where the emotional freedom technique comes in. You need to go deep inside of your self find and admit your issues. Write them down. Then, probably not once but many times say to yourself, I’m Sorry, I forgive you, I love you, Thank you!

Let it go! In my case, it seems that I could never complete a task to its ending or I just was not successful in doing something. I now have released my past, who ever I was, I’m not him now, and my success is growing. Now I actually finish tasks. If I was still in the state of not finishing tasks, you would not be reading this article at this moment nor be reading this site. The only task I could complete in my 20’s and 30’s was going out and having a good time with my friends. I did not complete college, even failed courses. Always had crappy jobs. So my ego accepted the idea having good times and passed it on to my subconscious for expression.

My prior belief system programming was this: “The only way to I can make money was by starting a job at entry level, with its measly entry level pay and working my way up the ladder.” So I would attract and only find those jobs and only made the income they said I would make. I thought this was how it was supposed to be. Especially with “some college” education. So inevitably living a life of lack, bank account balances under a thousand dollars and always being 2 months from homeless, if I lost the job.

I did not know or understand that before it had to do with my internal beliefs, and it was those beliefs that were being expressed by my subconscious and experienced in my physical.

Now that I have been “changing” my prior thoughts and beliefs and replacing them with positive thoughts or experiences, I experience the new alternative. Affirmations and some subliminal hypnosis CD’s have helped me. And will discuss this in another article.

Be aware that your EGO is the defender of your subconscious mind. Your ego and mine… does not like change. It will do what it can to prevent change. It knows that what it accepts will go to your sub-conscious for expression. Because of that, this is where meditation and prayer can begin help and let your ideas get past your ego and into your subconscious mind.

If you’re familiar with brain waves (which I should write as another topic) the most relaxed state is (alpha) brainwaves which will help you reach your subconscious mind. Just like a hypnotist has to have you very relax, before and can give a suggestion to you, by passing the Ego.

So without going into a deep analysis of this idea, I hope that you can start to see that what is expressed or experienced in your life may be coming from your internal beliefs, thoughts and feeling of your subconscious mind and not your conscious (now) ego.
Your subconscious mind also has the power to heal you of a sickness and make you vital and strong again. When you learn how to use your subconscious mind you will have learned how to use your inner powers to make you strong and bring you wealth - laws of attraction.

Quote:
“Place all your faith in your subconscious mind. Don’t worry about the ‘how’ or the ‘when’ … relax and mentally visualize a screen, one inch by two inches, right between your eyes. As soon as the screen appears clear before your vision, inject into the screen the image of what you want … just ask for whatever your heart desires, and have faith … leave everything else to the subconscious. It’s amazing, the way it has of working out your problems and bringing about your desires. As success is experienced, your powers will likewise increase.” (Wiekl, A. “Creative Visualization”; New York; Greenwich Book Publishers; 1958, pgs. 67-68.)
