As much as I love making money. I feel I should talk about something equally or even more important and that is your good health. What good is it to have a lot of money if your to sick to do anything with it.

Listen, never in my life have I ever “knowningly” met a person with aids. However in the past 2 months, I know 2 people who have been infected with the Staph virus MRSA. One of them earns $100,000 a month. A very successful real estate investor the other is my brother. The good news is they have both recovered.

So what does this have to do with health and money? Do you have health insurance? Do you have life insurance (if you have dependents)? Regarding the above 2 people, the millionaire investor had health insurance and is only out the deductible and some minor expenses. My brother dosn’t is now flat broke. He had no insurance. He has a huge hospital bill. I think he is extremely fortunate that the hospital even let him stay. At least he is alive. But it is still so sad.

For those that don’t have health insurance at least get a high deductible plan for $100 and if you can’t pass a paramed, find another insurance agent who can sell you a plan you qualify for. At least with a high deductible plan you’ll only be max out of pocket… say $5000 which you can make payments on, if something dreadful happens to you. Better than a $50,000 bill which I am sure you will be sued for in an effort to collect.

So the point here is to protect your wealth at any level. Insurance is all about risk… Is something going to happen to you that will cause you severe financial hardship? Probably not, BUT the potential or probability, to some extent does exist.

If you can spare some extra money each month by giving up some [Tag-tec]luxury[/Tag-tec you’re paying for now (like a cell phone) then you will not have to worry about experiencing another new reality such as financial hardships and nasty bill collectors who don’t give a shit about you and your excuses.

As you discover yourself sensing baffled, struggling financially, and longing for more prosperity and abundance in your life, there’s a avid symbolical gesture you are able to do to turn matters around.

I have been studying on this and I may do this next year.

As far as I understand it receiving rent is a non taxable event, but check with your CPA.

If you buy a duplex house at the right price, meaning is the deal feasible and will it produce a substantial net income after expenses, i.e.: mortgage payment, taxes and any repair costs. You can also make the renter 100% responsible for all routine repair costs,- just put in the lease and this is common and expected in the industry..

As far as renters go. Rent the duplex to someone who has a long term job history and good rental history credit. If they don’t qualify… find someone else.

How long will it take to find house renters?
If the rental price is under $1000/mo. you’ll find someone shortly, particularly in large cities.
If the rental price is over $1000/mo you’ll take longer to find someone. How do you determine a rental price? Shop your competitors who lease duplexes or similar size apartments.

What if they trash the place. That’s ok because you will collect first months rent and a deposit
equal to one months rent! Evict them for non payment. Only takes a couple of weeks once you file with the county. The sheriff may even help put their crap on the street for a nominal fee in some counties. Then, find another renter. Just put a cheap classified ad in the local paper every week.

If you do a good background check you shouldn’t have problems in most cases. If you don’t do a good background check you WILL have problems.

If you don’t qualify for a conventional mortgage you can get
an “Investor” mortgage. But you’ll have to put money into the deal too
probably a 10% - 20% down payment. But you are creating a monthly positive
cash flow for as long as you own the property, if you structure the deal correctly.

Imagine what you could earn if you own 2 or 3 duplexes?…

How do you find a duplex? Use a GOOD - Experienced realtor. Don’t hire the first one you meet, interview at least 3 minimum.

Anyway, with the foreclosure market increasing and homeowners losing their homes, people will always need a place to live and I foresee an increase in people renting their residences.

I am very sorry for not making a recent post to my blog. But there is a reason for it. My original intention was to make money and I am! Lots of it. Not only has my job given me a 25% increase in weekly pay (raise), My internet website revenues are close to $1,000 a month! Compared to a few dollars a week, just a couple of months ago. And will continue to increase! No doubt.

And to think at this time one year ago I was literally sick & poor, and just barely getting by.

I committed to positive thinking and doing affirmations and it has worked for me. I continue reading books on , because I still forget those little things that might make a difference.

This stuff works! But it does take dedication. I started small expecting and anticipating small increases. I do get those increases. So my confidence grows. So does my income, at the same time… interestingly enough. Now everything is getting bigger and bigger and I am now considering incorporating my money making ventures. (tax benefits with all my new income!).

How did I do it? Read my blog. Find out what books I read. Know that law of attraction works no matter what you think good or bad.

By the way my wife is pregnant and we are expecting in December. Life is good NOW, because I created it! AND I will even create more prosperity and good fortune NOW. (not later) It is always now.

Now it seems that the decisions I make are well thought out and everything is paying out!

Affirmations are a very great way to assist you in building your prosperity+consciousness" rel="tag">prosperity consciousness because they keep your mind more focused on abundance rather than the lack .

Now keep this in mind, it’s very important that your affirmations are worded in a way as to make them believable to you. They are going to have be believable because if you don’t believe what you’re saying, your affirmations will be completely ineffective.

Also, your affirmations should be worded in present tense (now), not future tense. If they place the benefits in some obscure future time-frame, you won’t feel a benefit from saying “future-tense” affirmations NOW.

Here’s a good way to meet both of these requirements is to write down your affirmations in such a way that they focus on a PROCESS rather than an end result. Instead of saying, “I have a lot of money,” you could say, “My financial situation is getting better by the day.” The latter is easier to believe than the former, especially if you don’t yet have a lot of money.

There are two types of affirmations you will want to use to increase your prosperity consciousness: those that focus on changing unsatisfactory circumstances, and those that affirm better circumstances.

So start by making a list of the things you’re unhappy with in your life right now. If you feel strapped financially, write it down. If you feel empty spiritually, write that down. Keep going until you can’t think of anything else you are unhappy with. Then write a statement for each scenario and affirm that it is getting better.

Do the same thing with situations you want to create or expand in your life. If you’ve experienced some success with your career but would like to expand upon it, write that down. Same with your relationships, health, or whatever else you want to increase. Then write statements for each of those situations.

The biggest challenge, overall, is remembering to say your affirmations daily, and especially when you find yourself focusing on lack! You may find it helpful to write or print your affirmations on index cards and post them where you will see them frequently. Place them on your desk at work, in your car, a dream board, and in the place where you pay your bills.

With enough repetition, you will find it gets easier and easier to keep up with your affirmations and build your prosperity consciousness so big and strong that it becomes a permanent part of you. -Prosperity consciousness

Hello everyone! You know when it comes to learning about the laws of attraction and how to make life your a more richer experience, affirmations are necessary. But what affirmations do you begin with? Before I give you an affirmation that may just change your life, you should understand that for an affirmation to work, you must really feel it and believe in it deep inside.

You should also look at an affirmation as soon as you wake up, several times during the day and just before going to sleep. When you read an affirmation, look at it and think about the message it is conveying. Just don’t recite an affirmation automatically like a robot. Get into it. Especially when waking up or going to sleep. I emphisize before and after sleep, because our brains are in “alpha state”, so any message can get to your subconscious easier without resistance by your consciousness (ego).

I want to propose an experiment. But first I want to let everyone know I found this powerful affirmation use by Tony Robbins, of all people, when he was down and out prior to his huge success.

I started using this affirmation last week and have just started experiencing great things, including increased revenues from my website and website traffic. I suspect this affirmation may have something to do with it, so I want to discover more.

Write it down now. Put it by your bed and/or in your wallet or purse.

If you decided that it will be your intention to make alot of money, where would you begin? When I talk about making money I mean not from a job, but from selling a service or a product. When I want to [tag-tec]make money I always look at the large numbers…i.e. how much can I make? Can I make say…$100 for this or that?

So even before considering earning the big money. I need to ask myself something… That is, can I even make $1 a day? Every day? Can you? Well to my surprise, in the beginning, it was difficult. But I found a way. One way I generate money every day is through ad-sense. Not much, but it something and has potential to become bigger!

I also make money from another source selling ad space on my other websites. These ads are on my websites that have high targeted traffic, so it’s fairly easy to my “text ad space”. I make a few dollars every month from one website, but I wont stop there, I am creating more sites to generate more advertising revenue. When I know I can make “X” amount per month, Then it’s easier for me to visualize and accept that I can make even more!

Now I have convinced my self and especially my subconscious that I have money making abilities. Since I have 100% confidence that I can make $1 a day, now I need to show myself that I can make $10 a day, every day, with minimal effort and it cannot be from a job. Once I am making the ten dollars a day consistently, I will raise the bar to $20 a day, then $30 dollars a day and so on.

I will have proved to myself of my money making abilities. And that the amount of my earnings can be increased, when I want to increase it. Thus there will be no limit as to how much money I can make. By using this method I will have “Learned to Earn”. This knowledge and experience will keep me from having to go work for the man. Which I don’t like to do and is a big waste of my time, because I have quite a few money making projects going that are in their early stages.

By using the above technique it is clear that the law of allowing and law of receiving are in place. I allow for the experience to earn more and I allow my self to receive the money. An affirmation that seems to work quite well for me is…
“I am open to receiving, I now receive”.

As you can see this is what I would like to call the baby blocks to visualizing making money. If you can visualize making a dollar a day and you receive it, and then go up to the next level. I couldn’t imagine someone new to entrepreneurship being able to make $200 a day right from the start. There is nothing wrong with starting small and growing big, that is how you get the strongest foundation! If you grow to fast you could bust.

Look at SouthWest Airlines for example. They started with one Boeing 737 aircraft serving 3 cites in Texas. Dallas. San Antonio and Houston. Now over 25 years later the are a very large and profitable airline in the USA. So can you imagine how wealthy the person who started this airline is, especially with all his stock? Very wealthy!

What could you do right now to start earning money? What amounts do you feel you could make now and every day? What will your automatic money machine be? Will it be a product, service or website? Can you start now to do some research on the net and see what appeals to you? Something small now could be huge in the future.

Put aside any preconceived notions or ideas about making money. Just allow yourself to succeed independently and imagine how good it feels. Everything starts with an idea and then the money will flow.

So if you’re like most folks you have probably experienced periods of lack in your life. This is whether you did not have enough money for something you that wanted or perhaps you felt bored and uninspired, you likely found yourself yearning for more abundance of whatever you felt you needed at the time.

Though abundance seems to be something separate from you, it is certainly a state of mind that you can adopt whenever you want to. One of the better ways to do this is by choosing to see more than enough wherever you go.

If you are accustomed to focusing on what you do not have rather than what you do have, this concept may go on challenging to grasp when you first start off However, with a little practice you will be able to slip into an affluence mind-set effortlessly.

The first thing to do is to consciously alter your focus in every situation. So when you find one self thinking thoughts of lack, choose to think thoughts of abundance instead.

Here are some situations where you might happen to be tempted to focus
on lack:

-When you want to buy something and you do not have the money for it.

-You feel bored or unfulfilled by your job or career.

-You wish you could meet a great partner to share your life with.

-Or when you are craving a more passionate purpose in life.

When thoughts like this come to mind now, stop for a moment and give thanks what you DO already have. Think of along toward the many blessings in your affairs. Then take a look at your home, your vehicle, your current relationships, your health, and anything else you would consider special to have in your life now. Acknowledge that some people don’t even have half of what you do.

Express gratitude for what you do have and affirm that it is more than
enough. Do it at least once a day or more. Say it to your self. Enjoy the feeling of having more than you actually need for survival, and marvel at what a great gift that is. And just a quick tip… never hold a grudge and learn to forgive yourself and others too.

Now, in all respects because you’re affirming that you already have more than enough doesn’t mean that you not (or cant) have more! It’s quite the contrary your very attitude of gratitude will then start to attract ever more to be grateful for. What you focus on the most in life tends to EXPAND. Does not matter if it is good or bad. What you think about the most, you attract. You are what you think… right?

If you focus on not having enough, and you will feel like you have less than you do. Focus on having more than enough and you will feel like you have more and more wonderful things to remain grateful for. It’s a little difficult to try at first, but that is just your EGO not wanting to change, initially. Keep at it and it will.

Also, try conceiving as to the many ways you can expand upon what you have. You might feel powerless about some situations but if you give them some dedicated thought, you could probably come up with several simple accomplishment steps that would help you create more in any areas of your wonderful life.

One way to accelerate the Law of Attraction is to manifest without attachment to the outcome. Fill yourself with nonchalance whether you achieve the goal or not. You see, the needier you are, the more you bind yourself to the energy you should be releasing. This prevents your will from acting upon the world.

Here is a way to use law of attraction into YOUR life…

1) Visualize what you want in full 3D laydown on the sofa and visualize
2) Act “As If” - in other words… pretend you already have it.
3) Go about you business thinking about anything else other than what you’ve visualized
4) Be grateful whatever the outcome. At this step, reframing helps.

But remember, it’s important to note that your disposition while taking these action steps should be joyful and lighthearted and not fearful and desperate. Think as if you already have it, be grateful. Accept in your ability to conceptualize more of what you want, and trust in the universes willingness to help you do just that. After getting a great money making idea for selling advertising, I was so excited that I decided to take a walk. I wanted to sort out the business ideas in my head on how I can make money selling advertising locally. So I’m taking my walk this hot Dallas afternoon (and its only May) Thinking about my opportunity. My energy is high and I’m feeling good.

While I was walking down the street, I noticed the ugliest penny you could ever imagine lying in the street. My first instinct was to not look at it and keep walking. But in this moment I remember a story by Stuart Wilde, the author of the paper back book “The trick to having money is having some!” Since I have permitted myself to allow and receive, I must accept everything that comes to me. Quite often I affirm… “I am open to receiving” and “I attract money now“.

And that’s what happened, I attracted money. Does not matter if it is 1 cent or a hundred dollars. Your subconscious does not know the difference anyway.

In Stuart Wilde’s book he writes about a time when he was leaving a theater one rainy evening with some friends. He noticed a nickel lying in the curb while it was raining. He instantly dove in the curb to retrieve the nickel. He believes that no matter how money shows up in your life or how much it is, You Must Receive IT! To not receive it will stop the flow. Don’t contradict your affirmations, verbally or your actions.

So as I recalled this I picked up the penny and put my pocket. Then as I took another few steps, there was another dirty penny with a little corrosion on it lying in the street. Now I thought God is testing me to see if I am really open to receiving! I am. I picked it up and put that one in my pock. I also express gratitude for receiving it.

Now keep in mind I am a half mile from my home and did not expect to see pennies in the street. Well about 10 minutes later while continuing with my walk, I found a scratched up dime lying on a driveway! Wow, I think, I just received 10 times what I originally found.

What will I receive next? I have a feeling that this is a sign for more to come. I was tested and I shoed the universe that I will receive anything of good that It will provide me.

So the next time you see an ugly penny in the street, pick it up. You just don’t know what might happen next.

You know…I asked for $100,000 and it never came! Gee, I wonder why?

When people hear about the law of attraction and the power it has to:
-Create / Manifest
-Attract / Bring about
-Manifestation

What’s the first thing that probably comes to mind? Money! I want money! I want “X” amount of dollars. Ok that’s great at least you kind of (but unclearly) know what you want. Let me explain more.

Well to get what you want begins with your mindset. And to receive what you want you must be a vibrational match for what you are asking for. So if you want a lot of money you must have that “rich person mindset”. If you’re worried about paying next month rent or house payment you are not in vibrational match to receive the $100,000. does a rich person worry about paying the house payment? No and probably the accountant pays it.

One of the first things you need to learn regarding the laws of attraction is that you MUST know what you really want to have and manifest. As of April 2007 (time of this writing) I ask people what do you really want? Nobody has yet to give me an answer. Replies are just “money”.

Many people will try affirmations and positive thing for money, say a $100,000 usd. And then the money never arrives. Maybe it even comes to them in trickles or eventually five or ten years later. By this time you may have given up on the idea of manifestation and LOA.

Now my research and practice is showing me not to ask for the money but to ask for the desired result I want to obtain. So don’t ask for money (per say) as money isn’t the goal. Money is the means to achieve the actual goal or outcome you are desiring. The money will make it happen. Don’t affirm or ask for this money, just ask or affirm what it is you desire or an outcome that you want to bring about. Be clear with details. Leave it to the universal powers, God.

If you received a $100,000 what will you do with it? Exactly… Right Now? Well what ever you answered to that question, is what you should put on a dream board then begin to visualize it and having it now. Be grateful that you have it already. Did you want a new car or some kind? A paid off home? Paying for your kid’s college? A luxury vacation and boy could I use one now!

If you asked for a ton of money there must have been something that you were planning to do with it. That is your goal and the money is just a means to the end. End = Goal.

Your manifestations and affirmations happen faster when you have clarity and know your goals. For even better results taking first steps and action will bring better results. Then just allow the universe to select the best expedient way to get it to you. Be ready to pick up on signals that the universe is trying to give you something. For example you may win something or something may be given to you. Just be on the lookout for coincidences. That is how you will know the universe is responding and picking the most efficient route to do so. If you choose a certain path for the universe to follow, then you are hindering the universes ability for helping you obtain your goals.

If you are using emotional freedom techniques this will clear up past issues with you and remove mental block that prevent you from receiving that which you desire.
