Using The Law of Attraction for Prosperity

After getting a great money making idea for selling advertising, I was so excited that I decided to take a walk. I wanted to sort out the business ideas in my head on how I can [tag-tec]make money[/tag-tec] selling advertising locally. So I’m taking my walk this hot Dallas afternoon (and its only May) Thinking about my opportunity. My energy is high and I’m feeling good.

While I was walking down the street, I noticed the ugliest penny you could ever imagine lying in the street. My first instinct was to not look at it and keep walking. But in this moment I remember a story by Stuart Wilde, the author of the paper back book “The trick to having money is having some!” Since I have permitted myself to allow and receive, I must accept everything that comes to me. Quite often I affirm… “I am open to receiving” and “I attract money now“.

And that’s what happened, I attracted money. Does not matter if it is 1 cent or a hundred dollars. Your subconscious does not know the difference anyway.

In Stuart Wilde’s book he writes about a time when he was leaving a theater one rainy evening with some friends. He noticed a nickel lying in the curb while it was raining. He instantly dove in the curb to retrieve the nickel. He believes that no matter how money shows up in your life or how much it is, You Must Receive IT! To not receive it will stop the flow. Don’t contradict your affirmations, verbally or your actions.

So as I recalled this I picked up the penny and put my pocket. Then as I took another few steps, there was another dirty penny with a little corrosion on it lying in the street. Now I thought God is testing me to see if I am really open to receiving! I am. I picked it up and put that one in my pock. I also express gratitude for receiving it.

Now keep in mind I am a half mile from my home and did not expect to see pennies in the street. Well about 10 minutes later while continuing with my walk, I found a scratched up dime lying on a driveway! Wow, I think, I just received 10 times what I originally found.

What will I receive next? I have a feeling that this is a sign for more to come. I was tested and I shoed the universe that I will receive anything of good that It will provide me.

So the next time you see an ugly penny in the street, pick it up. You just don’t know what might happen next.
